Family Session

Today, the concept of the traditional family has evolved significantly. Families appear in a multitude of forms, structures, and compositions. Each family unit possesses unique rules, distinct values, and modes of communication that vary among its members.

Embarking on a journey of family coaching requires a deep understanding of the family dynamics, the emotions, anxieties, and daily challenges that the family members face in their coexistence. Cultural factors and multigenerational models exert substantial influence on family dynamics; therefore, the life coach must consider these aspects within their practice.

In my work, I am committed to providing a comfortable and confidential environment, which is essential for addressing the crises that families or individual members may be experiencing.

The coaching programs I offer are open to:

• Parents with children or adolescents who exhibit anxiety or behavioral issues that impact family and social life.

• Blended families where a child or adolescent struggles to adapt to the new family dynamics.

• Families with members from diverse cultural or ethnic backgrounds, practicing different religions, or adopting varied parenting styles.

• Expatriate families dealing with challenges related to Third Culture Kids (TCKs) or Adult Third Culture Kids (ATCKs).
