My Services

My professional focus is on families facing the unique challenges of raising Third Culture Kids (TCKs) those frequently required to relocate.
In this context, I understand the significance of providing personalized support tailored to families grappling with crises that may impact the well-being of their children. Transitioning from one reality to another necessitates appropriate professional support, particularly during the adolescent and early adulthood stages.

Listening is central to my work. An effective listening ability is essential for comprehending the concerns and needs of my clients. I strive to offer a safe and confidential space “an emotional portable home” where they can express their thoughts and feelings. This soul refuge is something they can return to at any moment in their lives, no matter where they are. My experience with diverse cultures allows me to deliver effective, personalized support that more accurately addresses the specific needs of TCK families and beyond.

Coaching for TCKs, Young Adults , Expat Families: Benefits and Advantages
Coaching for Third Culture Kids (TCKs) and young adults who have chosen a TCA lifestyle, as well as children of parents from diverse nationalities, offers a range of significant benefits that can positively influence their personal growth and development, making it easier to navigate the challenges associated with international mobility and cultural changes.

Some of the most relevant aspects of coaching for these young individuals are:

Enhanced Self-Awareness and Self-Esteem
One of the primary goals of coaching is to help individuals develop a strong sense of self awareness and recognize their intrinsic value. Through guided introspection activities, young people learn to understand their emotions, passions, and aspirations, allowing them to view themselves in a more positive and realistic light.

Improved Family Relationships
Coaching can provide essential support in strengthening family bonds. By assisting young people in communicating more effectively with their family members and managing cultural differences, it fosters a more harmonious and understanding family environment. This leads to a reduction in anxiety and conflict, contributing to the development of stronger relationships.

Better Social Skills and Peer Interaction
Another important aspect of coaching for adolescents is the enhancement of social skills. Through social experiences and group practices, young individuals learn to interact with their peers more confidently and consciously. This helps them develop essential social competencies that are crucial for building meaningful friendships and addressing relational challenges.

Improved Organizational and Time Management Skills
Finding a balance between studies, extracurricular activities, and social life can be particularly challenging for young expatriates. Coaching offers practical tools for better time management and organization, enabling them to set priorities and develop effective study skills. These competencies are essential for successfully navigating their educational journey and preparing for the future.

A Positive Approach to Education
Finally, coaching helps build a healthier and more positive relationship with the educational system. Through support and motivation, adolescents learn to view school not merely as an obligation but as an opportunity for growth and learning. The transition between educational environments, even when maintaining the same curriculum, can be significantly eased through a tailored coaching program that addresses the individual or family’s needs. This approach can help alleviate the distress caused by moving or reverse cultural shock, particularly for adolescents returning to one of their parents' home countries during their teenage years.

In summary, coaching for adolescents and young adults of expatriates represents an important resource for addressing the unique challenges of living abroad, providing them with the necessary tools to develop a healthy “identity”, improve personal relationships, and manage their responsibilities effectively.

If you are ready to take the first step, reach out to me today. I would be delighted to assist you in discovering your true potential and building a peaceful future. Below, you will find an outline of how I plan to proceed if you choose to embark on this coaching journey with me.
Please send me an email or reach out via WhatsApp to share your expectations regarding the coaching consultation. I will respond as soon as possible, typically within 48 hours.

We can schedule an introductory session (a complimentary 30-minute session) to discuss and determine whether my expertise aligns with your needs.

At the end of this session, I will provide you with information on how we might proceed, and you will have the opportunity to decide whether to move forward. Should you choose to embark on your journey with me, we will set a date for the first introductory session (generally 75 minutes for individual sessions and 100 minutes for family sessions).
During this initial meeting, we will discuss the goals you wish to pursue with my professional support, your needs, and the challenges you are currently facing. Together, we will decide on the best path forward. Subsequent sessions will typically be 60 minutes each week for individual coaching and 90 minutes for couples or family sessions. If needed, 15-minute extensions may be arranged, but they must be agreed upon in advance.

A commitment to attend a minimum of 8 consecutive sessions is required; however, more effective results are achieved with a consistent commitment from the client over 12 sessions (3 months of coaching).

The coaching process can be further extended or shortened based on the client's completion of the assigned exercises between sessions. After a few meetings, I will be able to provide you with a more comprehensive overview of your situation and better assess the duration of the coaching process.

If the issues presented fall outside the scope of my services, I will ensure to refer you to another specialist or direct you to appropriate resources where you can obtain the necessary support.

Before commencing the coaching process, I will send you forms via email along with detailed instructions for their completion (privacy policy, payment terms, written commitment to a minimum number of sessions required for completing the coaching process, and guidance on cancellation procedures). These forms clarify your rights during coaching, outline expectations, and define the characteristics of the coaching pathway we will activate. They must be signed (by a parent or legal guardian if under 18) to grant legal consent before we begin our professional relationship.
An upfront payment equivalent to four sessions is required, as it is essential for you to demonstrate your commitment to the coaching journey.
